What is the cancellation policy of All-Suite Fieberbrunn?

If you decide to book a stay at our resort the following policy applies:

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in summer 22 (September and October) we charge the following fees:    

until 14 days prior to arrival: 0 % cancellation fee
from 13 to 8 days prior to arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
from 7 to 0 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in winter 22/23 (except christmas, new years and carnival season) we charge the following fees:    

until 30 days prior to arrival: 0 % cancellation fee
from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
from 14 to 8 days prior to arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
from 7 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

For bookings and alterations to your booking made in winter 22/23 (christmas, new years and carnival season) we charge the following fees:    

until 42 days prior to arrival: 0 % cancellation fee
from 41 to 30 days prior to arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
from 14 - 0 days prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee

Please note that reservations can only be cancelled in written.

In the event of an official border or hotel closure (travel ban), you can also cancel or rebook at short notice free of charge. Please note: A travel warning is not a travel ban. In the event of verifiable, mandatory quarantine, we will grant you a one-off rebooking free of charge until the end of the year. A rebooking is possible up to 1 week before arrival.

We recommend you to take a travel cancellation insurance with „Europäische Reiseversicherung“ which you can find here.

When will the apartment be ready?

Your apartment will be ready for you at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please leave your apartment by 10.00 am on the day of departure. 

When can I use the sauna and steam room?

In winter sauna and steam room are open daily from 4.00 to 8.00 pm.
Our wellness area is for adults only (16+ years).

Which is included in the service package?

With our service package you are provided with bed linen and towels upon arrival. Furthermore, basic equipment of cleaning materials, toilet paper and kitchen roll is provided in your apartment. You also receive a starter pack including coffee, tea, salt and pepper. Of course, the final cleaning of your apartment is also included in the package.

Of course, you can! We can change your bed linen and provide fresh towels and cosy bathrobes. For these services we charge an extra fee:

Changing of towels: € 8,00 per person/change
Changing of bed linen: € 15,00 person/change
Changing of bathrobe: € 12,00 person/change

How much does the cleaning of my apartment during my holidays cost?

The costs for intermediate cleaning on request amount to:

€ 160,00 for Maisonette Apartment 2 Bedrooms
€ 160,00 for Premium Apartment 3 Bedrooms

Do I have to make a deposit and how can I pay it?

To confirm your booking, we require a 40 % deposit of the total booking sum. You can pay it by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Maestro and V Pay) or by bank transfer to our bank account. We ask you to pay the remaining 60 % no later than 14 days before your arrival. If we have not received the payment 14 days before your arrival, we will send you a payment request. If you book less than 14 days prior to arrival the total sum is due upon booking.

Are there any extra costs or taxes?

All taxes and fees are included in the apartment price, except the fee for final cleaning and tourism tax. Tourism tax is € 2,80 per person per night (from 15 years).

Can I have an extra bed in my apartment?

We gladly make the sofa in your living room an extra bed.

We charge € 35.00 per person/ night during off-season times and € 45.00 for peak season times. Children under two years of age are accommodated free of charge. We gladly provide a cot for € 50.00 per stay or a high chair for € 30.00 per stay, for your child. Please inform us upon booking about your needs.

Is it allowed to take my pet with me to All-Suite Fieberbrunn?

We also welcome your four-legged friend. But it is required to inform us upon booking. We charge a fee of € 20.00 per day/dog exclusive pet food.

In our apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms one dog is allowed. 
In our apartments with 3 or 4 bedrooms two dogs are allowed. 

Where can I park my car, and do you provide an electric charging station?

If you book your stay directly with All-Suite, you can park your car free of charge in the underground car park and use the electric charging station. Please bring the charging cable for your e-car.

Where can I eat out in Fieberbrunn?

On the ground floor of All-Suite Fieberbrunn the bakery Brotkultur serves breakfast or delivers a breakfast box to your apartment. Within foot range of your apartment you can visit a variety of restaurants and cafés for little snacks or fine dining. For example, you can savour authentic Tyrolean fare and international classics at the S4 Alm, Enzianhütte, Restaurant Capanna, Dorfcafe, de Gasthof Poststüberl, Pick Nick Ossi, Café Castello, Restaurant Alte Post, Metzgerwirt, Pizza-Pasta Treffpunkt, Gasthaus Auwirt und Pizzeria San Marco.

Where are the nearest shops?

You can pick up fresh bread and fine specialities directly at All-Suite. On the ground floor of the building you will find the bakery Brotkultur and the delicatessen shop Genusskultur. You can do your grocery shopping at the nearby supermarkets Mpreis or Billa, where you also find toiletries and more. At the butchery Horngacher you can buy regionally sourced meat, only 100 metres from your apartment.

Are there any delivery services or take-away restaurants?

A breakfast box can be delivered directly to the door of your apartment and pizza and pasta can be delivered or picked up at the restaurant:
